By downloading, installing, or using BlushMark ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Description of Service

BlushMark is a mobile application that helps users track the expiration dates of their makeup and beauty products. The App provides:

• Product tracking with expiration date calculations
• Push notification reminders
• Educational content about makeup safety
• Calendar view of expiration dates

User Accounts

• You must create an account using a supported social login provider (Apple, Google, or Facebook)
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must provide accurate information
• You may only have one account

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

Intellectual Property

• You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App without permission
• User-generated content remains your property, but you grant us a license to use it within the App

• Uninterrupted service

BLUSHMARK IS NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL ADVICE. Always check product labels and consult professionals for health-related concerns.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlushMark shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
